Both Gluconate and Arginine are listed in the Moderna patent. 

IMO, These are almost definitely in all mRNA brands. There's a good reason certain "philanthropists", or whoever is in charge of releasing the patent information didn't want to release that information. An expert who investigates could find these ingredients listed in the patents and that would bring enormous class action lawsuits and those involved could face prosecution of high crimes against humanity.
