Note: The way the document reads is often not specific to the actual contents of the solution being injected. Some references can be just to the container, or how it was prepared, or citations, or unrelated. It's very hard to read what they're claiming to be in the actual invention because it often doesn't specify enough detail to accurately determine that. Also this is a rough draft I just started. So it's disorganized.

SUMMARY AND SOURCES:

Additional Related Information:

Independent Microscopy:

Conclusion and opinion:

SUMMARY AND SOURCES:

*Wireless / wireless technologies (It is mentioned in the patent, but it doesn't specify if it's just for the packaging)

*Self- assemble (Seems to be more related to the biological encoding of polynucleotides)

*SARS-CoV-2-encoded polypeptide (untranslated? = mutation?)

*Immunoreactive epitopes of a SARS-CoV-2 ( mostly composed of peptide sequences in human proteins that when altered, mutated, deficient or, improperly functioning may associate with respiratory distress, multiple organ failure.)

*(Poly)cationic polymer (Low toxicity, used to prepare bioactive coatings that kill bacteria upon contact.)

*Olyepitope immunogenic compositions (Molecular imprinting)

*Spike protein (Allows coronaviruses to penetrate host cells and can cause infection.)

*m2 7'3 '-OGppp(m1 2 '-O)ApG (For Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use.)

*cDNA (These templates can make an organism patentable. Usually used to patent Genetically Modified Organisms or GMO foods. It seems those who hold the patents want to patent as many people as possible. Or create human GMOs that they can legally own, or even eternally enslave? See longevity patents. Combined with the NP mind control technology listed above)

The Supreme Court has made rulings on cDNA being patentable.

*Microsphere (delivery method for cancer treatment and easily diffuses into brain tissue.)

*Green fluorescent protein (GFP) (A versatile biological marker for monitoring physiological processes, visualizing protein localization, and detecting transgenic expression)

*Luciferase (DNA barcoding technology, scanning and tracking, certification of identity, mind control LED when used in conjunction with Graphene Oxide, the process is known as teslaphoresis.)

DNA barcodes

Luciferase gene of differentiation state certification mark gene. (Ag/Au nanowires can be read as 0s and 1s for scanning barcode. Can be used in part for product barcoding and identification. Perhaps the gold is read as 0 and the iron as 1 based on magnetism and non-magnetism? Coincidentally all barcodes must always contain the number 666 for the computer to be read correctly.)

This is not from the Covid-19 vaccine patent, but it gives information about Luciferase.

Coding mechanism or encoding:

*UTR sequence / untranslated region (refers to an antigen-encoding sequence, on each side of a coding sequence on a strand of mRNA. Can affect mRNA stability. A single nucleotide change in the 3′ UTR can result in dysregulated post-transcriptional regulation. A number of immune-mediated diseases are associated with genetic variation within 3′ UTR elements of immune genes. Genetic variation within the 3′ UTR of immune genes is a strong determinant of immune response.)

https://patents.google.com/patent/CA2998554A1/en

*Open reading frame (encoding a full-length SARS-CoV-2 S protein, ORF contains no stop codons.)

No stop codon; without stop codons, an organism is unable to produce specific proteins. The new polypeptide chain will just grow and grow until the cell bursts or there are no more available amino acids to add to it.

Trimeric protein / trimeric receptor Foldon (The trimeric ACE2 variant has a binding affinity of ~60 pM for the spike protein of SARS‑CoV‑2.)

Algorithm parameters / BLASTP algorithm

RNA 5- methyl cytidine (Modification in multiple cellular processes and cancer treatment.)

*Polyepitope immunogenic compositions (limited data)

*Ionizable cationic lipid (Can disrupt the integrity of a membrane structure as it resembles a detergent. At low concentration, a lipoplex consisting of cationic lipid molecules can irritate the exposed cell and cause cytoplasm vacuolization, reduced number of mitoses and cell shrinkage.)

*1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (A crystalline solid. WARNING: This product is not for human or veterinary use.)

PEG2000 DMG Vaccine-induced T cells  (Aluminum-based adjuvant AAHS amorphous aluminum hydroxylphosphate sulfate. A building block for protein found in the body. used for ADHD, epilepsy, CFS, allergies, respiratory disorders, pain and inflammation, cancer, alcoholism, and drug addiction, to improve speech and behavior in autism, nervous system function, liver function)

Vaccine antigen Protein antigen (Vaccines contain weakened or inactive parts of a particular organism (antigen) that triggers an immune response within the body.)

*Modified cytidine (These analyses revealed that the modification of cytidine in the anticodon of tRNA2(Ile) adds 112 mass units to its molecular mass and makes the glycosidic bond unusually labile during mass spectral analyses.)

(SA)-fluorochrome conjugates (Streptavidin and fluorochrome conjugates are commonly used in indirect staining protocols to detect biotinylated primary antibodies in flow cytometric, immunohistochemical, and immunocytochemical applications. Streptavidin has a high affinity for binding to biotin. For research only. )

*Electrophoresis (A method used to separate DNA, RNA, or protein molecules for desired cDNA.)

*Lipids (Fatty acids, or fatty acid made of a hydrocarbon chain may be attached to functional groups containing oxygen, halogens, nitrogen, and sulfur.) Removing double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) RNA platforms: Non-modified uridine containing mRNA (uRNA) Nucleoside modified mRNA (modRNA) Self-amplifying RNA (saRNA)

Sequencing Technology: Illumina Illumina

Semiconductor sequencing method

Sars-Cov2 Illumina Sequencing (Luc Montainger, nobel prize winner, stated they just work with a computer sequence. The original Wuhan paper admits they were not able to fulfil Koch’s postulates. This is what all scientists have been basing their test results against. The question is how do we know if what they are finding in these “isolates” is solely a new virus? Even the electron microscope images are in contention as they are so similar to exosomes how can one be sure it is not that what we are looking at?)

Illumina Sequencing Overview:

*Replicon RNA / replicon "self-replicating RNA" or "self-amplifying RNA (Derived from a ssRNA virus Alphavirus. A replicon, is capable of directing its own replication and heterologous gene expression when introduced into the cytoplasm of host cells, but is incapable of forming virions or spreading to adjacent cells because it does not encode the alphavirus capsid or glycoprotein genes. Tests determined replicons to be benefitial with low to no risk.)

Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine microscopy analysis:

(Probably microbeads and or Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP)).

Conclusion and opinion:

There are a many concerns with this patent. But this patent seems to describe a legitimate vaccine. It seems designed around safety as well. Some contents may only be limited to research purposes, but it's difficult to be certain at times. Also other Pfizer patents listed above are concerning. They also include mRNA technology and may relate to the main Coronavirus vaccine patent. It seems they could have created separate patents to hide the concerns. Here's one (mRNA patent) that I was working out for example.

https://xyz3000.blogspot.com/2021/11/ugur-sahin-patents.html

Moderna also has separate patents, but they are listed under the same program. So it's very possible this could be the case. Many people are experiencing a vaierty of adverse affects from Pfizer and Moderna. So that is why I strongly hold to this opinion.
